Retrieve Serial Number

This page will help you if you have lost your Freeway serial number. You can only retrieve serial numbers which have been registered with us. We are unable to retrieve records of non-registered copies of Freeway.

To get your serial number back, you need to tell us the email address you used to register your copy of Freeway. For your security, the serial number will be sent to that email address. It will not be displayed on the site. If you have changed your email address since you registered your copy of Freeway, you will have to contact our sales team. Please provide as much relevant information as possible so that they can track down your registration and make the appropriate changes.
