If you suspect you've found a bug, especially one that causes the software to hang or crash, please do report it by using the HelpDesk interface. We can often fix the problem very quickly for the benefit of all our users. When you've read the instructions below, go here: support request form.
1. In the subject, state whether the report is a bug or a suggestion.
2. Provide a series of numbered steps in a standard format in the Query/Report field:
Use sequential numbers, not letters
• Preface result stages with a sequential number followed by >> (two arrowheads)
• Quote file names
• Quote menu titles and submenu titles etc. when they contain spaces
• Use "/" to separate menu titles from submenu titles etc.
• Don't use multiple spaces
• Use correct spelling and don't abbreviate*
*(misspellings and abbreviations make it difficult to check if the bug exists).
3. Check the steps (by repeating them exactly as written) before sending the bug report.

Sometimes it can be easier to send a sample file or screenshot to help describe the bug. Please remember to keep the file size as small as possible (certainly under 500k) and compress (zip) the file before sending. If you have a multi-page web site and the bug/problem is on one page, please duplicate the document and remove any unnecessary pages and/or content before sending.
If you need to send us a file, please send the bug report using the support request form, wait a few minutes until you will receive an automatic response stating that your E-Mail has been received, and then respond to this email with the file attached.
