Using High-Resolution Images

When you import a picture into Freeway the image is automatically optimized for you and converted to the standard web format of 72ppi. This may cause your image to appear smaller in Freeway than expected (if your image is set to anything higher than 72ppi). Use the Transform dialog or the Scale and Pad or Scale and Trim options to increase the size of the content, but remember to resample the image after doing so. To do this double click on the graphic item and click the Resample button.

To guarantee that your image comes in at the same size as the original check the Ignore Resolution option in the Import dialog. Checking Pass-Through will also guarantee the same size image but pass-throughs cannot be changed in any way in Freeway.

For more information see page 11 of the Freeway Reference.
