Inserting Images Direct into HTML or Table Items

There are now a few ways to do this. Firstly, you can select an image to be used as the background of any HTML item now Freeway Pro only). This is great if you have a textured image that can be repeated horizontally and vertically.
  1. Select your HTML item
  2. Open the Inspector and click the second pane (Appearance Settings)
  3. Select an image in the Image pulldown
  4. You can specify how you want the image to behave using the Horizontal and Vertical options that appear once you have selected a graphic.
More details can be found on page 77 of the Freeway Reference.

Graphic items placed inside HTML or table items are known as 'Inline Graphics'. To do this, do the following:

  1. Click inside the HTML item or table cell as if you are going to enter text and then Insert > Graphic Item.
  2. Command + Click on the graphic and then File > Import and browse to the image you want to insert and then choose.
  3. You can then resize the graphic by selecting and then dragging the resize handles.
Alternatively, if the graphic is already on the page you can cut and paste this into the item.
