Displaying an Image Located on Another Website in Freeway
To place an image located on a different URL into your page do the following:
1. Draw an HTML item the size of the external image
2.
Select the HTML item then, in the Inspector Palette, click the Output Settings tab. Change the "Type" to URL. In the Content option, select "Image" then enter the URL of the external graphic in full - i.e.
http://www.randomwebsite.com/randomimage.jpg
You will only see the image when you publish/upload, providing you have an active connection to the web.
Note: Be aware of copyright restrictions before doing this. Website owners can detect you "borrowing" their images and will probably do something to prevent you from doing it again if you have done so without permission.
