Windows Media Video (WMV) fix for Freeway 5.1 and above.
If you are using Windows Media Video (WMV) files in Freeway 5.1 or above then you will need to apply this Action to the movie items in Freeway for them to be displayed correctly in IE on Windows. Without the Action the movies will attempt to play in QuickTime, this problem does not affect older versions of Freeway.To install the Action unzip it and drag it onto your Freeway application icon. To use the Action select your item that contains the WMV file and go to the Item>Actions>WMV Fix menu option. The Action will be enabled by default.
This Action will also take the controller and autoplay options from the Inspector palette and convert them into Windows Media friendly commands.
Note: If you are using a virtualization application you will need to upload the site to see the video working on Windows.
