Preventing Freeway from automatically using an existing serial number
If you've previously installed Freeway on a machine then the serial number will get stored so you don't have to reserialize it again in the future. This can cause a problem for people trying to install using a brand new serial number.
To prevent Freeway from doing this:
Uninstall Freeway by dragging it to the Trash
Open the Finder
Go to the Go menu and select Go to Folder (or press Command-Shift-G)
Type the following in the dialog that appears: ~/Library/Preferences
Find and delete the file named Freeway 5 [Pro/Express] Install
Empty the Trash
Install Freeway as normal using the new serial number
