If you publish a file and you receive an error message stating "Parameter has no value" (which is accompanied by the name of a Freeway Action), this usually means that there is a required attribute in the Action which has not been applied.
This may be a field which hasn't been completed correctly, or it may be that a popup needs to be used to select a file to be used with the Action.
Select the items which have the Action applied (you may need to do this one by one if there are multiple items) and check that the Action's attributes have been set correctly.
Once the Action has all the information it requires, the site should publish fine.
