ACCESSIBILITY

• Unnecessary disclosure triangles are no longer displayed in the Site panel when displaying Alt text
• The Accessibility report no longer warns about the Alt text of items for which Alt text will not be output (e.g. children of graphic items)
• Placeholder images (I.e. ones which should not have Alt text) are now regarded as those less than 15 pixels high and 25 pixels wide
• The Accessibility report no longer warns about the Alt text of items which will not be published.
• Tool tips now display when the mouse is over the icon when displaying Alt text in the Site panel
• The Alt text field in the Accessibility report is now disabled when the dialog first appears
• The Accessibility report no longer warns about the Alt text which will not be output because the item is part of a group
• When a graphic item which is part of a group has a link, a panel now appears in the Inspector palette allowing Alt text to be set independently of the group
  

IMPORT

• Dragging text into a Freeway page with CSS layout turned on now creates a box large enough to contain the text
• Freeway now recognized MP4, AVI, WMV and M4V (iPhone compatible movie) files as QuickTime content

OUTPUT

• Fixed a problem on Leopard where the page background fails to show when a Flash is present
• A non-publishing/non-showing item will now be published/shown if pasted as an in-flow item
• In-flow block items can now be either CSS or table based items. This is controlled with a new CSS checkbox in the Inspector palette. In Express, in-flow block items are now output as single-celled tables
• Fixed a problem that could lead to bad HTML 3.2 output when combining links and colors
  

LOCALIZATION

• Fixed a bug that could cause an Action's abort button to be truncated in many localizations
• Fixed a layout problem within the text panes of the Inspector palette when Freeway was running in Swedish
• Fixed an inconsistency in the localization of Pass-through Graphic when Freeway was running in French
• Fixed a spelling mistake of "Manglende emner" in the Danish Localization

TEXT & STYLES

• Fixed a problem where text changes on a Master page were not carried through to an instance page after Saving and Reopening
• Fixed a problem where overflowed text was not drawn in an auto/scroll overflow item if invisibles were on
• The "Link" link style is now called "Normal"
• Removed the superfluous Hover link style for HTML 3.2 pages
• Fixed a problem that would remove links if part of the link was changed to a different link
• Fixed a problem where links to anchors could be removed if the anchor had its styles removed
• Fixed a problem where the hidden paragraph symbol was drawn offset from the end of the line in right to left text
• Fixed a problem where the Primary Text Direction popup contents were disabled in the Edit Style dialog
• Bullets in lists now appear on the right for Hebrew
• Right to left lists are correctly drawn in Freeway as right-aligned and with bullets to the right

ACTIONS

• The Scriptaculous and Google Actions no longer look like they are in the Blogger Action bundle
• The Scriptaculous Actions now prevent text flashing while an effect is running in Firefox and Camino
• The Play/Pause Sequence Timer Action can now only be applied to the correct item types
• Fixed a bug that deleted inline styling when paragraph styles were used with CSS Menus
• Amended the JavaScript within the CSS Menus Action so it is consistent with other Freeway generated JavaScript
• Fixed a bug that would prevent the CSS Menus from using a background image if repeat was set to "None"
• Fixed a problem where copying from the Freeway window and pasting into a text field in the Actions palette would only insert half the number of characters
• The Blogger Action no longer outputs uppercase HTML tags when XHTML is selected
• Google Maps Marker Action has been removed from the Freeway 5 Express application bundle
• Action items can no longer have children
• The Country List Action's customize dialog no longer has an Abort button

• Graphics generated by the live-preview for Action-items are now clipped properly. This bug primarily affected the Google AdSense Action
  

ACTION DEVELOPMENT

• Fixed a caching problem in the 'live preview' of Freeway Actions
• Added a 'fwFilePathToURLString' to the Actions API to make it easier to specify items within the Action bundle as URLs when writing Actions with a live preview
• Fixed some problems that could cause multiple consecutive parameters with "advance' attribute set to 'no' appear clipped in the Actions palette
• Fixed some translation problems in the Link to PDF Action in the French Localization.
• Fixed some problems in the French localization of the Text link to new window Action
• Fixed a layout problem in the table output panel of the Inspector palette in the Dutch localization
• Fixed some translation issues in the Sequence Timer Action

OTHER

• Can now drag items from the Site panel into the top left of the pasteboard
• Delete Pages... and Duplicate Page... have been renamed Delete... and Duplicate in the Site panel contextual menu
• Clicking the minus button in the Site panel should no longer delete the current page after deleting items
• Removed the Delete menu item from Site panel contextual menu when the user clicked on a blank area of the panel
• Clicking OK in the Document Setup dialog no longer marks the document dirty if nothing is changed
• Rationalized the behavior and appearance of the Inspector palette export options for combined graphics
• Resizing multiple items that overlap the edge of the page now resize correctly
• Freeway no longer allows Flash movies to be imported as a background
• Command-+ on the numeric keypad now grows text in Freeway's preview
• Fixed a problem where tabbing in the Edit/Choice dialog would take focus to the Inspector
