Softpress Systems, with its headquarters in Oxford, England, was founded in 1993 to address the emerging needs of professional publishers and designers for cross-media authoring tools.

Freeway Pro and Express result from our ongoing efforts to identify and meet the real needs of web designers in today’s environment. Softpress creates tools which many people rely on for their day-to-day business, so we listen carefully to our customers. Future product offerings will continue to demonstrate our commitment to quality, leading-edge innovation and understanding of the requirements of the market.

Softpress Systems is managed by Richard Logan (Managing Director) and Alan Shouls (Technical Director). They are ably assisted by Vanessa Gregory, Dr. Jeremy Hughes, Kevin Meaney and Stewart Fellows (Senior Engineers), Anna Henderson (Head of Technical Support, QA), Joe Billings (Technical Support), Paul Dunning (Webmaster), Linda Munro (Senior Sales Administrator) and Gillian Betterton (Sales), plus a cast of thousands!
