This action, inspired by Tim Plumb, will fade the background colour of a page between two colours in a specified number of steps.

Try It

Using this action is quite straightforward - the action has 4 parameters:

Start Colour - Defines the initial colour of the page

End Colour - Defines the final colour of the page.

If either of these are not set then the action will choose the current page colour.

Steps - The number of steps that the fade will be over.

Interval (Secs) - The time over which all the steps are made.

In the above example the action will attempt to fade from white to the background colour of the page in twenty steps over one second.
